Before anyone can be employed here, the school has to confirm they are legally entitled to work in New Zealand. That is a legal step, not one we have added.

· Only Southstar's administrators see them. Never public, never in a URL, never passed to anyone else.
· The files are deleted automatically 30 days after the contract is signed.
· After that we keep one line: who checked, what document, your right to work and any visa expiry. No document number, no image.

Proof of identity

Passport, driver licence, or your visa.

Proof of address

A utility bill, bank statement or tenancy agreement — anything with your name and address.

Anything else (optional)

Coaching certificates, first aid, or anything else you want us to see. Up to 3.

These are not covered by the 30 days above — qualifications are kept for as long as you teach here.
