For students, regular class attendance is essential to build abilities and self-confidence to become horse riders. In order to achieve outcomes, students must be motivated and punctual.
It is expected that students will spend 1.5 hours in school, 15 minutes for preparing your horse, 55 minutes for taking the lesson, and 15 minutes for turning out the horse. Although this is the timing we strive towards, every class/student is different and the lesson will be catered to the needs of the riders/horses. This structure encourages the rider to get more time for learning how to take care of the horse such as tacking up and down, turning out, and brushing horses. It is essential for understanding the way of riding and handling animals.
Failure to reach 15 minutes prior to the time of the lesson to make your horse ready implies that you will be late for your lesson. There are exceptions for lessons at 3:45pm - 4:00pm lessons after school to arrive after school as soon as possible.
Being late to a lesson does not mean extra time at the end to make up for the lateness, this includes class lessons and private lessons. If you are late, the lesson will begin and end at the time schedueled.
Make-up lessons are limited to one lesson per term.
They must be taken within one month from the date of absence except for prior discussion with management.
Lessons will not inevitably be conducted by the original trainer.
The provision of these lessons cannot be guaranteed and will be offered only when slots are available that implies you will join other classes as appropriate as possible but not always so.
If we have been informed before, make-up lessons may be requested. From Monday to Thursday at least at 8 am on the day of your lesson, and at 8 pm the previous night on Saturdays if not earlier. The notice issued later will not be honored for the make-up lesson.
For students participating in private or group lessons with their own horse, they can re-schedule a new time for the lesson and the rule of the single make-up lesson doesn’t implement though they are required to be made up prior to the end of the existing term.
Credit or shift to other students or to next term is unavailable as a substitute.

Riding boots must be purchased after one term of riding if not before for safety. Failure to bring riding boots after a warning will result in not being allowed to ride.
A guardian or parent will be informed if a student falls or gets injured during class. If the student falls and hits the head on the ground, he/she will be unable to ride the horse again because of potential collisions. This will be decided by the instructor present at that time.
